Reservation Information
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices with our reservationists while booking your appointment.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to ensure a full treatment session. Please note that we may not be able to extend treatment sessions which start after the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation Information
- Late Cancellations and no-shows impact us significantly. The time for your treatments is reserved especially for you. To confirm this time we require your credit card or gift card number. We understand sometimes you may need to change your appointment and we kindly ask 48 hours notice for evening and weekend appointments and 24 hours for all weekdays.
- Providing your credit card or gift card number at the time of booking acknowledges the following terms:
- Failure to show or cancelling right before your appointment will result in a full charge being made. Cancelling an appointment outside a 48 hour notice, as explained above, will result in a 50% fee being charged. If you arrive late for your appointment and your treatment has to be cut short, the full price will be charged for the time and treatments originally booked.
- We have a waiting list and if your cancelled appointment can be completely or partly filled we will call and let you know, and will not charge you. This will still leave with you the opportunity to enjoy your spa experience at a later time or date.

Return Policy
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase date. No refunds. Returns are for credit only.
Other Spa Information
- To ensure a serene environment in our spa, please turn off your cell phone and beeper upon arrival.
- When you are at the spa please be respectful of others enjoying their treatments. Shhhhhhhhhh
- Special attention and careful draping for privacy, comfort, and relaxation are observed during all body treatment and massage services.
- Services may be denied at the discretion of management.
- We recommend against bringing valuables to the spa. The Lavender Shoppe Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
How much should I tip?
Our prices do not include gratuities. All guest should feel no obligation to offer a gratuity if you were unhappy with your service (please let us know if that is the case). Gratuities generally range from 15%-20% of the price of the service. Feel free to provide larger gratuities for exceptional service.
We are grateful for your generosity, but we no longer can charge tips, so please bring cash for our talented therapists. Thank you kindly
What if I have any health or medical conditions?
Please alert your therapist if you are: pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are using Retin-A, Accutane, or any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.
What should I be telling my therapist?
During your treatment let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area. The best treatments will come from honest communication with your therapist.
